Two hurt, one cited in crash

Two people received minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route 34 at Ben Street Jan. 6 at 8:33 a.m., according to Plano police. Police said they cited Gessner for disobeying a traffic control device and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
