Montgomery police arrested two men while responding to a report of a disturbance at 1:12 a.m. April 14 at a gas station and convenience store in the 2100 block of Orchard Road.
Police said Britt Slatton, 30, of the 2400 block of Roxbury Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and resisting and obstructing a peace officer.
Daniel Wrzesniak, 41, of the 3300 block of Mitchell Street, St. Charles, was charged with criminal trespass to property, according to police.
Police said officers were summoned to the business on a report of a disturbance. Police said an employee of the business had told Slatton to leave the business but he had refused. Officers said Slatton then resisted being placed under arrest.
After being taken into custody, police said Slatton was transported to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora for treatment of injuries and due to a high level of intoxication.
Slatton was later released from the hospital pending court proceedings, police said.
According to police, Wrzesniak was also told by an employee at the business to leave and had refused. He later was released pending an appearance at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville.
