Tongate, 30, of the 100 block of North Church Street, Millington, after stopping his vehicle Jan. 1 at 10:28 p.m. in the area of Church and Main streets. Police said Tongate faces a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He posted bond and was released pending an appearance later this month at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.Warrant arrest Sandwich police arrested Toni Storey, 23, of the 200 block of South East Street, Newark, after stopping her vehicle in the area of Griswold Spring Road and Duvick Road Dec. 30 at 11:29 p.m. Police said Storey was charged with failure to appear in court on a warrant issued in Lee County. She posted bond and was released pending an appearance at the Lee County Courthouse in Dixon next month.DUI, cannabis charges Sandwich police arrested Sergio Castellanos, 23, of the 500 block of East Harvard Street, Elmhurst, after stopping his vehicle in the area of East Sandwich Road north of Sandhurst Road Jan. 1 at 1:48 a.m. Police said Castellanos was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond and was released pending an appearance next month at the DeKalb County Courthouse in Sycamore.
