EASTER IN THE COUNTRY

WHERE: Sandwich High School, Lynn Haskin Grade School and Sandwich Middle School
COST & INFO: $3 admission. The 39th annual Easter in the Country arts, crafts and bake sale is held at three locations in Sandwich. Lynn Haskin Grade School is located between the other two schools at 720 S. Wells St. in Sandwich. Shuttle bus service will be available for easy access to all three buildings. There will be 110 crafters representing 60 Illinois towns and the states of Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin. No strollers and no smoking allowed in any building. Lunch will be available in the high school and middle school. The instant door prize drawing will be in the middle school.
FINE ARTS FESTIVAL
WHEN: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 10
WHERE: Yorkville Middle School, 920 Prairie Crossing Drive, Yorkville
COST & INFO: Free. Yorkville School District 115's annual Fine Arts Festival features the talents of Yorkville students in the areas of music, theater and art. Artwork will be on display throughout the school, and musical groups will be performing continuously throughout the day. The Yorkville Music Boosters will have concessions available for purchase, and the Yorkville Art Department will be hosting its annual Empty Bowls fundraiser for the Kendall County Food Pantry from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the cafeteria. A shuttle bus will be available between the middle school and the Yorkville Intermediate School and Circle Center Grade School parking lots. The shuttle will run every 10 to 15 minutes between 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
PLANO BAND EXTRAVAGANZA

WHERE: Plano High School main gym, 704 W. Abe St., Plano
COST & INFO: Free. District 88 band students in fifth through 12th grades will perform. Attendees are asked to park in the west lot.

WHERE: Fermilab Ramsey Auditorium, South Kirk Road at Pine Street, Batavia
